Warehouse Worker/Stocker Liquor World - 2.9 Fort Lee, NJ Job Details Full-time $17 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Moving Attention to detail Warehouse experience Warehouse operations Materials handling Full Job Description Job Summary We are a busy liquor store seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker/Stocker to join our team. This role involves manual handling tasks such as moving boxes, restocking shelves, and maintaining organized inventory. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with manual labor, familiar with hand trucks, and possess an eye for brand recognition. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our store while gaining valuable experience in retail logistics. Responsibilities Assist with moving and handling stock, including heavy boxes and inventory items. Restock shelves efficiently to ensure product availability and attractive displays. Use hand trucks and other equipment safely to transport goods within the store. Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and sales floor. Verify product labels and recognize various brands to ensure accurate stocking. Follow safety procedures during all manual handling activities to prevent injuries. Support team members in daily store operations as needed. Experience Prior experience in warehouse work, stockroom, or retail stocking is preferred but not required. Familiarity with manual handling tasks and the use of hand trucks is a plus. Ability to recognize different brands and products is advantageous. Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items regularly. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
$17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
