Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution center. This position involves various tasks related to inventory control, order fulfillment, and heavy equipment operation. The Warehouse Worker will be responsible for maintaining a safe and organized work environment while meeting productivity goals. Perform picking and packing of orders accurately to ensure timely shipment. Assist in inventory control by conducting regular stock checks and maintaining accurate records. Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth flow of goods within the warehouse. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space to promote safety. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating machinery and handling materials. Loading and unloading of products from delivery trucks as needed. Perform cleaning of cooking equipment daily using large commercial washer. Experience Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred. Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and inventory management systems is a plus. Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment operation is beneficial. Ability to operate heavy machinery safely, including reach trucks and cranes, is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in picking and packing tasks. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
