Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, unloading shipments, daily load ups, some customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, and inventory control within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and attention to detail Operate forklifts safely to load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods Conduct regular stock counts Assist in packaging products according to shipping standards while ensuring trade compliance and international trade regulations are met Support shipping & receiving activities by coordinating with carriers and ensuring timely dispatch of goods Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency in warehouse operations Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers preferred Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely; certification is a plus Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for inventory accuracy Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a good attitude Good communication skills with a customer service mindset for collaborating with team members and external partners
