• 3:30 PM Looking for a stable, full-time position with daytime hours?

We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as a Landfill Operations Laborer. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active throughout the day, and working outdoors.

Responsibilities:

• Check trucks in and out of the landfill and direct traffic as needed
• Perform site cleanup, litter collection, and general labor duties
• Cut weeds, remove debris, and maintain grounds
• Install and remove temporary wind fences
• Assist with painting, janitorial tasks, and general maintenance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to walk uneven terrain and steep areas
• Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling 50+ pounds
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Commitment to workplace safety

Working Environment:
