3:30 PM Looking for a stable, full-time position with daytime hours?

We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as a Landfill Operations Laborer. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active throughout the day, and working outdoors.

Responsibilities:

Check trucks in and out of the landfill and direct traffic as needed
Perform site cleanup, litter collection, and general labor duties
Cut weeds, remove debris, and maintain grounds
Install and remove temporary wind fences
Assist with painting, janitorial tasks, and general maintenance
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to walk uneven terrain and steep areas
Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling 50+ pounds
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Commitment to workplace safety

Working Environment:
