Temp Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm Pay $15 Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Landfill Operations Laborer to support daily site operations. This position involves traffic control, manual labor, site maintenance, and general cleanup to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient landfill environment. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, follows safety procedures, and is comfortable working outdoors in demanding conditions. Key Responsibilities Check trucks in and out of the landfill and direct traffic as needed Perform manual labor, including litter/paper picking and general site cleanup Conduct yard work such as cutting weeds and clearing debris Install and remove temporary wind fences as required Perform general maintenance duties, including painting and janitorial work Maintain cleanliness and safety of the site at all times Work outdoors in all weather conditions, will be required to walk uphill on high mounds Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor Working Conditions Constant exposure to outdoor elements including extreme temperatures Exposure to dust, dirt, fumes, loud noise, toxic chemicals, and biohazardous materials Physically demanding work requiring lifting, pushing, and pulling objects over 50 pounds Required use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to all safety protocols Apply with RPM Staffing by coming by 2505 S.
