Priorities can shift throughout the day as new referrals arrive, schedules change, or a client or nurse needs timely assistance. The right person enjoys bringing calm and organization to a responsive environment, takes genuine ownership of their work, and follows important details through to completion. Every team member is cross-trained in TLC's core operations so we can support one another, provide dependable coverage, and continue improving how we work. What You Will Do
  • Coordinate new and ongoing nursing referrals, schedules, and coverage needs.
  • Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients, families, independent nurses, specialty pharmacies, physicians, healthcare facilities, case managers, discharge planners, and other referral partners.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, text messages, and faxes in a timely and organized manner.
  • Manage schedule changes, cancellations, urgent coverage requests, and other time-sensitive needs.
  • Review nursing documentation for completeness and process it promptly.
  • Assist with client invoicing, contractor invoice processing, and related follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling, credentialing, compliance, and operational records.
  • Follow written Standard Operating Procedures while helping identify practical workflow improvements.
  • Support teammates and participate in shared evening, weekend, and holiday on-call coverage.
Who Thrives Here People who thrive at TLC care about doing things well, helping others, and contributing to the organization as a whole.
They tend to:
  • Take ownership, show initiative, and follow responsibilities through to completion.

  • Remain calm, thoughtful, and solution-focused when circumstances change.
  • Use sound judgment, make confident routine decisions, and ask questions when collaboration is helpful.

  • Enjoy learning how different parts of a growing organization work together.
  • Value teamwork, flexibility, accountability, and exceptional client service. Qualifications
  • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) preferred.
  • Strong organizational, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to a close, collaborative team.
  • Comfort learning scheduling, credentialing, documentation, communication, and office systems.
  • Healthcare administration, care coordination, scheduling, office operations, or customer service experience is helpful. Healthcare experience is valuable, and we place equal importance on judgment, emotional intelligence, professionalism, adaptability, curiosity, and a genuine sense of responsibility.
