Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers and visitors from our headquarters. Answer phone calls and respond to emails. Schedule appointments. Communicate extensively with leads and existing customers. Manage and follow up on customer leads. Perform general administrative tasks. Provide excellent customer service and support office operations. Attend pop up events and trade shows for the company.
