JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client, a leading provider of pest control, is seeking a Director of Customer Experience & Retention to lead customer service, retention and field-service support initiatives. This person will be tasked with leading and developing the customer experience team, implementing scalable processes and KPIs to improve retention and service performance and strengthening coordination between customer service, routing, scheduling and field operations. The ideal candidate has proven leadership experience in a customer service or field-service environment, a strong track record of improving customer retention and team performance and experience managing route-based operations with multiple teams and stakeholders.
