Job Description

Job Overview Location:
Lathrop, CA Duration:
Seasonal position through approximately February We're looking for a fluent Spanish/English bilingual Customer Service / Technical Support Specialist to help customers with computer, software, and technical issues.
What You'll Do:
Provide friendly and patient customer support by phone and help desk Troubleshoot basic computer, software, and technical issues Explain technical information in an easy-to-understand way Document and track customer issues and resolutions Help customers navigate applications and systems
What We're Looking For:
Fluent in both Spanish and English —
REQUIRED
Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable using computers and learning new technology Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills Patient, personable, and customer-focused No formal IT background required! If you have strong customer service skills, good computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply.
Important:
This is a seasonal position expected to run through approximately February , with multiple shift options available. January 2-9 availability is required. Time off during this period will generally not be approved except for emergencies.
Pay:
$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
