Job Summary The Role The Client Services Associate serves as a key point of contact for clients and plays an important role in delivering seamless, professional client experience. This position combines client service, administrative support, technology, and operational responsibilities. Key Responsibilities
Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, enhance client communications, and support business operations.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing responsive and professional service.
Manage client communications, scheduling, correspondence, and follow-up.
Prepare detailed meeting materials using historical CRM data and AI tools.
Prepare and process new account applications, transfers, and other client documentation.
Support Financial Advisors with administrative and client-service needs.
Maintain accurate client records while protecting confidentiality and adhering to compliance requirements.
Assist with office operations, workflow management, and practice-growth initiatives.
Coordinate incoming client requests and other client communications.
Monitor deadlines and support compliance audits and required documentation.
Monitor and upload content to Social media platforms and manage business website.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and the overall client experience.
Perform other duties as assigned. Skills
Previous experience in financial services, banking, or a client-facing professional environment a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Client-first mindset with a focus on building and strengthening relationships.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and workflow management systems.
Comfort using AI tools and a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
Knowledge of financial industry regulations and compliance requirements are preferred, but not necessary.

Pay:
$60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
