PM Pay:
$20
•23/hour (DOE) We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and order-related questions Process orders, returns, and updates accurately in the system Maintain detailed and organized customer records Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues Uphold company standards for professionalism and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems a plus) Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong attention to detail Why Join Us?
