Customer Service Representative Job Description:

Resolve customer questions, concerns, and complaints through phone, email, mail, and social media channels Process orders, refunds, exchanges, and payment information accurately and efficiently Provide product information, warranty details, and general company support to customers Utilize computer systems to manage customer accounts, document interactions, and update records Work closely with operations and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution

Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:
