MKM360, a leading commercial property management company, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Care Specialist (Cleaning) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our commercial clients, ensuring a clean, professional, and healthy environment for their tenants and office staff.

Smyrna, DE Responsibilities:
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout assigned commercial properties, following established cleaning protocols and procedures. Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitation, and trash removal. Replenish cleaning supplies and maintain a clean and organized work area. Communicate effectively with clients and property managers regarding cleaning needs and any concerns. Respond promptly to client requests and ensure their satisfaction. Drive to and from assigned properties as needed. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. May perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial cleaning or a related field. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality cleaning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Physically able to perform cleaning tasks, which may include bending, stooping, and lifting.
