3 Months contract-to-hire We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to provide client-facing banking operations and account-servicing support in a wealth management environment. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity requiring strong banking experience, attention to detail, sound judgment, and excellent client-service skills. Key Responsibilities Support clients in person, by phone, and via email with banking and account-related requests. Process wires, transfers, account openings, closures, and account maintenance. Prepare and maintain accurate client and account documentation. Research and resolve client inquiries and operational issues. Handle cash transactions, paying/receiving activities, and daily balancing. Coordinate with Relationship Management and internal teams to complete client requests. Follow banking policies, procedures, risk controls, and compliance requirements. Escalate operational, documentation, or compliance concerns when appropriate. Assist with banking reports, audits, and safe deposit box servicing as needed. Qualifications Experience in banking operations, personal/private banking, wealth management, or financial services . Hands-on experience with account servicing, wires, transfers, and account maintenance. Strong understanding of banking products, procedures, documentation, and compliance. Excellent communication and client-service skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. Professional demeanor and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
