We're hiring an Insurance Account Associate to join our client service team. No insurance experience required — we'll teach you everything. THE CAREER PATH

Starting Out — Insurance Account Associate — $45,000 base + bonus

• Year 1-3 — Licensed Agent — $50,000-$70,000+ Year 3-7 — Senior Agent — $90,000-$130,000+
• Bonus eligible after 90 days of employment.

THE ROLE

Be the calm, steady presence clients count on when they're stressed or confused Handle renewals, service requests, and coverage questions by phone Follow established processes with precision and care Work toward your Florida insurance license within 6-12 months Advance to a licensed agent role and build lasting client relationships

$45,000 base + monthly performance bonus
