What You'll Do Own the customer experience from write-up through vehicle delivery Write accurate repair orders and clearly document customer concerns Advise customers on recommended maintenance and repair needs Communicate effectively between customers and technicians Keep customers informed throughout the repair process Build long-term relationships that create repeat service business Consistently work toward customer satisfaction and service sales objectives What You'll Bring 2+ years of Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer experience preferred Mazda or manufacturer dealership experience strongly preferred CDK experience is a plus!
