Temporary Roofing Customer Service Representative (224403-04) #OFFICE_INDEED We are seeking a reliable and dependable Customer Service Representative to assist our client in their call center on a temporary basis. This person will be taking heavy inbound calls and scheduling appointments, following up with referred leads, utilizing a CRM (customer relationship management) software system, and coordinating with other internal teams. The ideal candidate must be familiar with the Islands for dispatching, comfortable handling a multitude of phone calls, and adept at organization and time management. Hours Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Location Waipio, Oahu Pay $22 to $25 an hour Responsibilities Handling incoming and outgoing calls. Respond to customer questions, inquiries by phone or email. Document customer conversations with accuracy and efficiency. Maintain and update customer inquiries and status. Enter customer information into company database or spreadsheets. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Strong customer service or administrative experience, preferably in an office setting. Previous utilization of a CRM software tool is a plus. Must be familiar with the island of Oahu. Proficient with Microsoft office. Good organizational and time management skills. Dependable with strong problem solving abilities.
