Roofing Customer Service (224403-04) (224403-04) #OFFICE_INDEED This person will be taking heavy inbound calls and scheduling appointments. Must be familiar with the Islands for dispatching. Hours Full-time, Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm Location Waipio, Oahu Pay $22 to $25 an hour Responsibilities Handling incoming calls. Respond to customer questions, inquiries by phone or email. Document customer conversations with accuracy and efficiency. Maintain and update customer inquiries and status. Enter customer information into company database or spreadsheets. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Previous customer service or administrative experience. Must be familiar with the Island of Oahu. Comfortable working with MS office. Good organizational skills. Dependable with strong problem solving abilities.
