Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Insurance Agency Our agency is looking for a Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and building relationships with clients. What You'll Do:

Help clients with questions about their insurance policies Assist with policy changes, payments, and account updates Provide friendly and professional service by phone, email, and in person Communicate with insurance companies when needed Keep client information accurate and organized Help with daily office tasks and support the team

A positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and customer service skills Someone who is organized, dependable, and pays attention to detail Comfortable learning new computer systems and processes Previous insurance experience is helpful, but not required — we are happy to train the right person
