Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Customer Service to join our growing team. In this role, you will: Serve as the first point of contact for clients. Handle incoming inquiries by phone, email, and online channels. Provide exceptional customer service and guide customers through the sales process. Support the sales team with quotes, proposals, and account coordination. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Respond quickly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries (phone, email, web). Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and recommending solutions. Provide accurate product, pricing, and service information. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle. Sales Support & Coordination Prepare and send accurate quotes, proposals, and order details. Maintain customer records and sales activities. Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure order accuracy. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value. Customer Experience Management Proactively follow up with customers on quotes, orders, and updates. Resolve issues with professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills. Serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams. Process Improvement Suggest ways to streamline sales workflows and improve customer satisfaction. Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and handoffs. Qualifications High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in customer service, inside sales, account management, or order processing (manufacturing, promotional products, or related industries a plus). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through. Proactive, self-starter mindset with a focus on solutions.
