Responsibilities Effectively respond to incoming calls from existing and prospective clients, delivering accurate information about the company's products and services. Manage a variety of financial and non-financial transactions with precision, ensuring compliance with departmental standards for quality and productivity. Investigate and resolve straightforward account issues and escalate more complex problems to the appropriate teams. Maintain thorough documentation of all client interactions via phone, email, or fax. Requirements Possession of an Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience. Prior experience in customer service is preferred. Strong verbal communication and analytical abilities are essential. Demonstrated ability to stay organized, attentive to details, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications. A background or internship in finance is a significant plus, along with a reliable and professional attitude.
