Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, communicates effectively, and can provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, email, and text. Answer questions about vehicles, dealership services, appointments, and policies. Schedule and confirm sales and test-drive appointments. Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Maintain accurate customer information in the dealership CRM system. Promote a positive customer experience and help maintain customer satisfaction. Qualifications Previous customer service experience preferred. Automotive or dealership experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, positive, and dependable attitude. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license

Wednesday- Friday 10:00am
- 6:00pm Saturday 9:00am
- 3:00pm
