Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Manage and update customer accounts. Collaborate with other teams to enhance customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions for future reference.

Requirements :

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in customer service preferred but not mandatory. High school diploma or equivalent; higher education considered an advantage. Proficiency in using ServiceTitan CRM software and MS Office.
