Job Description
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Technical Customer Service Representative to join a growing team. This role is responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting product and service issues, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to resolve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Meet established service, quality, and response-time goals.
