Job Description Create and finalize print jobs, and updae tickets accurately based on customer interactions. Act as a coordinator between customers, sales staff, and production employees to ensure smitth communication and workflow. demonstrate attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality in all aspects of the job. Maintain a high level of cusomer stisfaction by providing timely updates and support. Use microsoft office and other tools to support communication and documentation tasks Requirements Bachelor's degree or comparable education preferred. Basic skills in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Active listening and conflict-resolution skills to handle clients concerns or complaints. Must be quality- minded and pay strong attention to detail. Must have the ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
