Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Rep fluent in English and Spanish for a 100% remote contract opportunity supporting customers in the healthcare services industry. This call center role is ideal for a service-focused professional who enjoys helping people, resolving questions, and working in a structured, fast-paced environment. This position offers company-provided equipment, a clear training program, and ongoing nesting support to help you build confidence before moving into production. You will be part of a remote customer care team focused on quality, professionalism, empathy, and accurate support for customers with important eligibility, enrollment, benefits, and account-related needs. Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls in English and Spanish.
  • Assist customers with eligibility, enrollment, benefits, account questions, and related service needs.
  • Research customer concerns, identify solutions, and document interactions accurately.
  • Process requests and transactions using multiple computer systems.
  • Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and compliance standards in a remote call center environment.
  • Provide professional, patient, and empathetic service during every customer interaction. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay:
    $17.46 per hour.
  • Job type: Contract/Temporary.
  • Anticipated duration: 6 months.
  • Work arrangement: 100% remote within the contiguous U.S.
  • Equipment is provided by the company.
  • Training schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST.
  • Training duration: 4 weeks, followed by 2 to 3 weeks of nesting.
  • Expected production schedule: Approximately 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM EST, subject to change.
  • Training begins August 19.
  • Attendance is mandatory during training. No planned time off is permitted during training.
  • Candidates must remain on camera during training and nesting. Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Handle customer service calls related to healthcare eligibility, enrollment, benefits, and account questions.
  • Research and resolve customer concerns while maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Process transactions across multiple systems while meeting quality and compliance expectations.
  • Deliver bilingual customer support in a remote call center environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or related professional experience required.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with a required language assessment.
  • Strong verbal communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable navigating multiple computer applications at the same time.
  • Able to work independently and remain productive in a remote environment.
  • Traditional wired internet is required with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload.
  • Cellular internet services, including T-Mobile Home Internet, Verizon Home Internet, and similar services, are not permitted.
  • Background check must clear before the training start date. Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous call center experience.
  • Healthcare customer service experience.
  • Experience supporting eligibility, enrollment, benefits, or member account inquiries.
  • Prior remote work experience in a structured customer support environment.
