Key Responsibilities As a Client Service Representative, you will play a vital role in the client experience by: Greeting pet parents in a friendly, compassionate, and helpful wayAnswer incoming phone calls to provide details and expectations to inquiring individualsProcess registration forms and other associated documents for all visitsCommunicate invoice and payment option information to pet owners while completing the check out processSupport the hospital team to deliver high quality and compassionate care for the duration of their visitComplete various administrative duties from scanning records, to emailing patient visit informationWhat Were Looking ForPrevious experience in a veterinary hospital setting preferred, but not requiredAbility to multi-task while remaining calm in a busy settingOutstanding communication and organizational skillsDependabilityAbility to work evenings and weekends as needed
