$20.00/hour Schedule/(2) Shifts available: Monday-Friday | 10:30am-7:00pm

Tuesday-Saturday | 10:30am-7:00pm

Temp-to-Hire Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service over the phone

Assist customers with account inquiries and resolve issues

Update customer information and document interactions accurately

Respond professionally to customer questions and concerns

Work collaboratively with team members to meet service goals Qualifications

Customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
