As a Call Center Representative, you'll call homeowners from our Lake Hopatcong office, qualify their needs, and set appointments for our sales team. Every call is outbound.

What We Offer Base Pay:

$18 an hour plus performance-based bonuses

Bonus Potential:

$55,000-$75,000+ a year, with top performers earning $29,000+ in annual bonuses 100%

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:

Make around 200 calls a day

Education:

Share our windows, doors, roofing, and siding with homeowners

Appointments:

Pre-qualify homeowners and set firm appointments for the sales team

Performance Targets:

Full-time reps hold a 20% set rate on answered calls

Accurate Info:

Keep customer details and appointment notes up to date

Qualifications Experience:

Phone sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or call center work preferred

Communication:

Clear on the phone and comfortable handling objections

Tech Skills:

Comfortable with computers, phone systems, and customer data
