Customer Service & Order Entry Representative Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Moonachie, NJ Office furniture distribution company is looking for a reliable, organized Customer Service & Order Entry Representative to support our commercial furniture dealers and sales representatives throughout the country. The primary responsibilities are entering customer orders into Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), handling inbound customer calls and emails, and assisting customers and sales reps with order questions and issues. Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer purchase orders accurately in D365
• Handle inbound customer calls and emails
• Assist office furniture dealers with order status, availability, backorders and questions
• Communicate with and support sales representatives throughout the country
• Resolve customer and order-related issues
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse and operations as needed Qualifications
• 2+ years of customer service, order entry or office experience preferred
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Professional, positive and dependable
• Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word experience
• D365 or other ERP/order management experience is a plus

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-5:30
