Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues Marketing part Maintain our wholesale product catalog, and price sheets, and keep them current as products change. Write and send email campaigns to wholesale accounts and prospects — new products, seasonal items, holiday order deadlines Manage our social media accounts plan posts, write captions, and reply to comments and messages, run commercials Take simple product photos for catalogs, emails, and posts — no professional gear required, we shoot on a phone Track basic results — campaign opens, new account inquiries, order volume — and share short weekly notes with the owner.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) Bilingual proficiency in Polish or Spanish is a plus Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Experience in sales or customer service is preferred Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
