Manage 150+ inbound and outbound calls daily, delivering swift resolutions to business clients while maintaining target average handle times (AHT).

Technical & Account Support:

Guide business owners through POS hardware troubleshooting, payment gateway configurations, statement reconciliations, and fee structure inquiries.

Drive Commission Income:

Proactively identify account enhancement opportunities—such as hardware upgrades, expedited funding programs, gift card integrations, and advanced processing solutions—to maximize monthly earnings.

Client Retention & De-escalation:

Mitigate account churn by resolving high-friction billing and service disputes, clarifying fee structures, and implementing retention-focused account adjustments.

Accurate CRM Documentation:
