What You'll Do as a

Service Advisor:

Welcome customers and build strong relationships throughout the service experience Listen to each customer's concerns and accurately identify their vehicle service and maintenance needs Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department Clearly explain recommended maintenance, repairs, pricing, and expected completion times Prepare accurate repair orders and provide clear, transparent estimates Maintain consistent communication and follow up with customers regarding the status of their vehicles Work closely with technicians and other service team members to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently Review additional maintenance or repair recommendations with customers and answer questions Address customer concerns professionally and work toward timely, positive resolutions Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business Ensure customers receive an exceptional experience from arrival through vehicle pickup As a

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED Prior customer service, sales, account management, or related experience Previous automotive dealership or service department experience preferred Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills Ability to listen to customers, identify their needs, and clearly communicate service recommendations Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
