Job Description

Customer Support Specialist & Product Expert We're a fast-growing e-commerce company seeking an experienced professional who understands high-quality customer service. What We Expect Strong understanding of customer support best practices. Solid product knowledge and the ability to explain concepts clearly. Qualifications 2+ years of customer support experience. Familiarity with Google Docs and Microsoft Office. Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication and strong grammar skills. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Confident phone communication and professional demeanor. Ability to listen, troubleshoot, and offer clear solutions, while ensuring realistic expectations.
