Customer Service Representative

• 108360 Join a professional team as a Residential Lines Account Manager/Customer Service Representative in an independent insurance brokerage. Interested candidates must be willing to obtain their property and casualty insurance license if needed.

• Schedule:

  Full-time, Monday-Friday

• Pay:

  $45,000+/year (DOE)
• This is a direct hire position with benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Respond promptly to customer questions.
• Provide solutions to problems.
• Process policy renewals, change requests and claims.

Qualifications:

• Property and Casualty Insurance License (preferred; but not required prior to hire)
• Professional demeanor with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to interact comfortably with a diverse range of clients.
• Proficient in computer applications and office technology.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing needs.
