This individual well be a self-driven, detail oriented person who is looking for a career and not just a job. As our customer sales representative, you will be expected to ensure continuing care to our large book of current clients. We need an individual that is very personable and who is passionate about helping our agency grow to new heights in our laid-back and team oriented atmosphere. This customer service representative position could lead to our office manager position with the appropriate person and required passing of the Pennsylvania state insurance licensing examinations. Salary Range:

$25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Tuition Reimbursement Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Requirements 2-4 years experience working in an office or other professional setting. Dependable and reliable Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills Excellent phone and computer skills A goal oriented and self driven individual Responsibilities Develop and maintain client relationships Submit all policy payments and do our end of day bank reconciliation Send nonpayment cancellation notices to clients and follow up with phone calls at appropriate time. Company mail including scanning all documents to our agency management system. Update and maintain our insurance management system. Send out birthday and sympathy cards to our clients when needed Answer all incoming calls and direct to appropriate personnel. Other light clerical duties as needed.
