Compensation:

$19 - $24 hourly

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and clients when they arrive and assist them as needed Answer phone calls and emails, and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties Make appointments for employees and ensure the calendar is current and correct Handle all inside sales calls and visitors to the location Maintain the appearance of the showroom and displays Assist the outside sales team with the preparation of quote documents and emails

Qualifications:

Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills Must have graduated from high school, received a G.E.D., or equivalent Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations Can juggle multiple simultaneous tasks Able to focus clearly on details Must be able to demonstrate a high sense of urgency About Company At Rex Glass, we specialize in custom residential and commercial glass and mirror products.
