Full Job Description Customer Service Associate Job Overview:

We are seeking an energetic customer service representative for our incontinence supply business. Here at Sensational Child Inc. we pride ourselves on being patient, capable, and competent problems solvers. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Answer customer phone calls and respond to questions professionally Assist customers with orders, deliveries, and account information Document customer interactions accurately Communicate with office, warehouse, and delivery staff Resolve customer concerns promptly and respectfully Perform data entry and general office duties Protect confidential customer and health information Complete other customer-service and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Proven customer support experience handling phone calls and digital inquiries. Strong communication and customer-service skills Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail Comfortable using computers, email, and office software Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Able to work respectfully and collaboratively alongside adults with disabilities Previous customer-service or office experience is preferred Experience in healthcare or durable medical equipment is helpful but not required. Proven customer support experience handling phone calls and digital inquiries.
