Job Description

NEK Community Animal Hospital is hiring for a full time Client Care Receptionist position. We are looking for someone that is organized, can multitask in a fast paced environment, and has excellent customer service skills with a friendly disposition. In this role, you will communicate with clients, update patient records and owner information, schedule appointments, process payments, and work closely with our doctors and technicians to help provide the best care for our patients. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 7:50am - 5pm. Previous veterinary receptionist experience is preferred but not required. Excellent customer service and computer skills are required.
