Under new ownership since October 2025, we repair domestic and European vehicles and are focused on doing the work right, being straight with customers, and earning trust in the community. This shop needs a General Manager who will take real ownership—get the name out, show up in Plover and Stevens Point, and help the business grow. This is not a sit-in-the-office role. We want someone who takes pride in the shop and treats it like it is theirs. No weekends. Pay and benefits Competitive base pay plus performance-based incentives. Paid time off and six paid holidays. Employee discounts on repairs and tires. Health insurance is not offered at this time. We want customers to feel they are dealing with people they can trust—not just another repair shop. If you take pride in running a shop, like working with people, and want to help grow Plover Auto Repair, we want to hear from you. Submit your resume and a short note about why you are a fit for this role. Plover Auto Repair is an equal opportunity employer.
