If you're organized, good with people, comfortable with computers, have an aptitude for numbers, and enjoy solving problems, we'd like to meet you. You don't need years of experience—we're willing to train the right person. What You'll Do You'll play an important role in helping our customers and keeping orders and quotes moving smoothly.

Your day will include:

Processing and entering customer orders Preparing quotes and estimates Following up with customers on quotes Entering and maintaining information in our computer system Communicating with customers by phone and email Answering questions and helping customers find solutions Working closely with our team to ensure orders and estimates are accurate Providing friendly, responsive customer service What Makes You a Great Fit We're looking for someone who: Communicates clearly and professionally Has good math skills and enjoys working with numbers Is dependable and shows up ready to work Has good computer skills and is comfortable learning new software Is organized and pays attention to detail Takes pride in doing things accurately Has a positive attitude and enjoys helping people Is willing to learn and grow Previous customer service, estimating, sales, or office experience is a plus, but it's not required. If you have the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn, we'll teach you the rest.
