If yes, then this position might be for you. We are looking to fulfil an Office Assistant/Customer Service position. This position will report to the President. Primary duties will include answering phone calls, processing orders/order entry, emailing pdf invoices and tracking information, generating quotes and Return Authorizations, providing unmatched customer service and contributing to the over-all success of the company. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Answer phones and assist customers by answering questions
• Process customer Purchase Orders and enter into MRP system
• Generate shipping price estimates
• Provide office backup assistance when needed
• Assist in general marketing projects
• Generating UPS shipping labels and Bill of Ladings for freight shipments

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of office experience
• Willingness to 'pitch-in' and help where needed within the aspects of a day-to-day office setting
• Attention to detail and strong organizational traits
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment yet capable of autonomy and self-motivation
• Excels in time management

Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
