Ken's Sports of Green Bay is looking for a Powersports & Marine Service Writer to join our team.

What You'll Do:

Work with customers throughout the service process Identify repair and maintenance needs Write and manage repair orders Schedule service appointments Communicate with customers and technicians Provide estimates and obtain repair approvals Monitor service progress and keep customers updated Review and finalize completed repair orders

What We're Looking For:

Strong mechanical understanding and ability to identify service needs Powersports, marine, automotive, or similar mechanical experience preferred Previous Service Writer or Service Advisor experience is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and able to manage multiple jobs at once Comfortable using computers and service software Reliable, professional, and team oriented Why Ken's Sports?
