The WellView Advisor is responsible for delivering WellView training and user support across Drilling & Completions (D&C) operations. This role serves as a subject matter expert for WellView functionality, data standards, reporting, audits, and user adoption. The position provides both field and office support, assists with data quality initiatives, and works closely with operations, analysts, and technical teams to ensure accurate and standardized well data management.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a WellView subject matter expert and provide guidance on application functionality, workflows, and best practices Deliver WellView training to field and office personnel across operating locations Train new employees and maintain records of training completion and onboarding progress Conduct ongoing training sessions with Operations Technicians and Field users Maintain spreadsheet of new hire training Provide support for WellView reporting, query development, and data extraction requests Develop and maintain WellView training materials, user guides, and quick reference documents using department standards and templates Assist in Data Standardization for WellView, including but not limited to: Library Picklists Development of Recurring Costs Initiatives in WellView Standardization of Quick Reference Guides Review Functional Requirements with Regulatory Group Provide 24/7 WellView Support (some IT backup)

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong working/technical knowledge of the WellView application suite, including data management, reporting, and query building Knowledge of drilling and completions operations Previous experience/understanding of Well Servicing Operations Demonstrates good interpersonal relationships and a team player Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of personal initiative and commitment to improving business results Must be able and willing to work on a rotating shift Must be available for call out as needed for support requests Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment Excellent computer skills with great written and oral communication skills
