ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsibilities may vary by sport and event and can include scoreboard and clock operation, official scoring, shot clock, public address announcing, ticket sales, statistics, camera operations, music, and other game-day duties. Sport-specific responsibilities may also include volleyball line judging and libero tracking, as well as scoreboard, PA, music, and other game operations for baseball and softball.

Required Qualifications:

Staff members are expected to arrive on time, understand their assigned responsibilities, work professionally with coaches and officials, and help provide a positive game-day experience for student-athletes, spectators, and visiting teams. Must be available nights and weekends. This job requires an application process and could be subject to criminal background check.

Preferred Qualifications:
WORK ENVIRONMENT

Typical office Business Hours M-Th 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. F 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. summer M-Th 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 pm Periodic evening and weekend hours during peak periods (e.g., open enrollment, payroll) Occasional travel (less than 10%) Physical Demands Must be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time Use of manual dexterity Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation Travel for training, meetings, and events both in and out of town may be required

Salary Range:

$30.00 per game/match
