SeniorDirector Role Overview We are seeking a Female Fashion Designer with hands-on experience in designing, testing, and improving apparel products for Amazon, TikTok Shop and DTC website. This role will focus on product development, creating focus groups, wear testing and supplier coordination to ensure successful apparel launches in the US market. Key Responsibilities Design and develop new apparel products for Amazon, TikTok Shop and DTC platform Conduct product testing, wear trials, and fit evaluations Create and manage focus groups within the US for real customer feedback Coordinate sample distribution and collect structured trial results Work closely with suppliers to request samples and communicate product improvements Support category-specific product trials, including ethnicity-based wear preferences Provide detailed feedback to improve product quality, comfort, sizing, and design Help resolve existing product issues and contribute to new product innovation Required Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in apparel design and product testing Prior experience working with e-commerce fashion businesses Strong understanding of fabric, fit, wear performance, and apparel development cycles Ability to manage product samples, supplier communication, and testing workflows Experience conducting customer wear trials or focus group evaluations Must be based in Dallas, TX and available to work onsite Preferred Skills Knowledge of US fashion consumer trends and diverse apparel needs Strong communication and feedback reporting skills Experience working with overseas manufacturers and suppliers
