This role combines artistic vision with technical precision, ensuring each design not only captures the spirit of cheerleading but also meets high standards of quality, durability, and style. As a key contributor to our design team, you will transform concepts into stunning finished products that energize teams and fans alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to blend fashion-forward thinking with technical craftsmanship in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Develop original cheer bow designs through sketching, digital illustration, and material selection, ensuring alignment with current trends and team branding. Utilize software to create detailed graphic designs and vector illustrations for prototypes and production. Collaborate closely with admin team ensure designs are feasible for production and meet quality standards. Oversee the entire product lifecycle from initial concept through final production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality cheer bows. This includes, but is not limited to cutting ribbons and fabrics, hand sewing, sewing with a sewing machine, working a heat press and preparing hair bows Must be able to meet or exceed productivity targets with positive attitude and be a team player. Must be able to follow directions, work independently and possess a sense of urgency with regards to meeting specific daily deadlines. Must be able to perform fundamentals of math reading measurements, cutting material to proper size Experience using a heat press Including Hot glue work & finishing products Experience with rhinestones, glitter vinyl and other heat press materials Requirements Must have a heat press Must have software such as cricut or other design software / printer Safari will provide all material Proven experience with graphic design software and other graphic design tools. Understanding of color theory, vector illustration, and artistic concept development within fashion or product design contexts.
