Overview We are looking for someone to take over the website execution work in our marketing department. You will build and maintain product listings, build promotional landing pages, and keep the storefront current. You will work directly with our Marketing Manager and our Website and Digital Manager, and everything that goes to the live site is reviewed before it is published. This is an execution role and it is ongoing work. Responsibilities Draft and publish product listings in Shopify Admin — titles, meta descriptions, body copy, tags, meta fields, and collection assignments Write and update listing copy with SEO awareness, and apply our EEAT content framework to listing and sales pages Create and list the same products on Etsy and TikTok Shop, adapted to each platform, keeping information, imagery, and pricing consistent across all three channels Build promotional landing pages and collections for each promotion, confirm the discounts display correctly at launch, and take the pages down when the promotion ends Update homepage banners, announcements, navigation and featured collections as directed Prepare and resize images in Adobe Photoshop for web, email and ad use, including banner and collection imagery Produce custom product mock-ups from templates, reference images or customer requests Prepare listing and landing page assets for our paid advertising agency and our email marketing Keep material specifications, pricing and product detail accurate across all active listings Skills Hands-on Shopify Admin experience — products, variants, collections, meta fields, navigation, discounts and page building (required) Adobe Photoshop skills for image preparation, banner work and custom product mock-ups (required) Demonstrated e-commerce product copywriting in English, with correct grammar and a persuasive but factual tone Accuracy — materials, specifications and prices in a listing must be right the first time The ability to work independently inside an established brand voice and content frameworks, and to carry several listing updates and campaign deadlines at once Reliable communication and a response within one business day Preferred Etsy Seller Center experience Google Search Console and basic SEO tooling Klaviyo, ReAmaze, or similar e-commerce platforms EEAT principles and AI-search optimization Jewelry, luxury goods, or custom and made-to-order e-commerce Tools you will work in Shopify Admin, Adobe Photoshop, Etsy Seller, ReAmaze, Klaviyo.
