- Help create presentations and materials for conferences and marketing events
- Design graphics for social media, digital campaigns and our website
- Develop graphics for recruiting, career fairs, and employee events
- Assist with branding initiatives and visual storytelling
- Help maintain brand standards across all our projects
- Brainstorm creative concepts with our graphics, communications and marketing teams
- Maintain organized project files and adhere to client and firm standards and deadlines
- Support special projects that showcase our people, projects and culture Qualifications
- Current student pursuing a degree in graphic design or a related field
- Strong design skills with an eye for layout, color and composition
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud software
- Familiarity with Canva a plus
- Curious, collaborative and eager to learn
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
